Mustache Bash
Warby Parker
The Mustache Bash is Shop Good’s annual, mustache-themed block party. You’re invited to meet up with your friends and family, grab a couple of street tacos or a cold beer, listen to some of the best of OKC’s local music scene, and spend a summer evening lounging under a giant tent with the rest of the neighborhood.
Each year, the Mustache Bash benefits a local nonprofit organization that’s making a difference in Oklahoma City. Thanks to the generosity of more than 2000 attendees, the 2011 Mustache Bash raised over $5000 for
Sunbeam Family Services’ Early Head Start program at Emerson Alternative High School
, an initiative that provides a great education and comprehensive care for teen moms and their young children right here in downtown OKC. Partygoers are able to give in a variety of ways: with a cash donation; by shopping at Shop Good, where a percentage of sales is donated; or by buying a fuzzy faux mustache to wear for the night.
Shop Good’s Mustache Bash wouldn’t be possible without the talented local artists and musicians who donate their incredible skills to put on a great show, the dedicated volunteers who come early and stay late, as well as the local community sponsors who provide the financial gifts to make the tents go up and the lights go on.
